Capstone DEI’s Strategy and 18 Months Roadmap intervention brought all Leaders on the same page through a rigorous Discovery phase culminating in a Lab.

Using stores as spaces of manifesting DEI, through rigorous hiring and leveraging Career Development and Growth as key indicators for Inclusion, this vibrant, progressive organization has grown multifold without diluting the Value proposition of equal opportunities- using their growth story instead to enable Diverse groups to access more opportunities, building high momentum for Inclusion through Sensitization and empowerment.
