Capstone’s intervention to ‘catch them young’ to understand dimensions of DEI, was done to ensure no later catch-up interventions required, have open conversations and perspective building on themes like Identity, Equal Opportunities, Conscious and Unconscious Biases, Types of Diversities and the challenges they experience and the ones they pose for Business organizations to integrate Diverse Talent to build Inclusion.
